Property Administrator & Tenant Liaison Lead
“I love getting to know our tenants and helping to make their homes the best they can be. If something needs sorting, I’m just a call away!”
Paula is the friendly face behind much of the day-to-day coordination at Ash Housing. As our Property Administrator, she oversees tenancies, arranges maintenance visits, and makes sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
She’s also a regular presence in the homes — holding house meetings, listening to tenant feedback, and making sure everyone feels heard and supported.
Known for her approachable nature and quick response times, Paula is a key part of what makes Ash Housing feel so connected and well-run.
